Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training

IGEEKS TECHNOLOGIES, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an Class because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or weather or natural disaster. If a training class is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, weather or natural disaster, the Student is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.


GENERALLY NO REFUND OF FEE IS PERMITTED ON ACCOUNT OF WITHDRAWAL/ABSENCE FROM CLASS OR OTHER REASONS ONCE A STUDENT IS ADMITTED TO ANY COURSE OF STUDY.

In case IGEEKS Technologies cancels a Course, 100% refund will be paid to the student.

If a cancellation is done by a student 7 days or more, prior to the class, 10% of total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded back to the student.

If a cancellation is done by a student 7 days or less, prior to the Class, no refunds will be made.


What happens next?

Once we have received your Refund Application we'll contact you within 2 working days.

After we've spoken to you, we'll investigate your application, including looking at any supporting documentation and liaising with other relevant staff.

We'll keep you informed of our progress and you'll then receive a written notification of our decision and the reasons within 5 working days.


Note: All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the refund request.
